Information you give us. If you fill in the booking form we collect the name, WhatsApp number and the service and timing you choose. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we hold that conversation and your phone number. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. These set cookies and record things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), the device and browser you use, and whether you arrived from an advertisement. This tells us which of our ads actually bring people in. It does not tell us who you are by name.
To reply to your enquiry and book your appointment. To contact you about that appointment. To understand which pages and ads work so we spend our advertising budget sensibly. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the service providers below.

Enquiry details are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so we know your history when you return. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. Ask us and we will delete your details.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or WhatsApp 077959 45668 and we will do it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you using this site or booking with us.
This website is not aimed at children. We do cut children's hair, but the booking is made by a parent or guardian.
